Can You Take the Heat?Friday, October 28th
Several JSC employees, Vermont Electric Coop employees and community members filled the JSC Spinning Studio to challenge themselves to a 90 minute Spinning class. JSC employee Ellen Hill and Wendy Velander along with retired Athletic Director, Barb Lougee lead the 15 participants through a challenging ride.
Congratulations riders. You survived 90 minutes of jumps. Great energy and determination throughout the entire ride.
