Spin Nation took place at

Johnson State College on Friday, December 18th. This ride brought JSC employees and community members together to burn some calories before Thanksgiving and to raise funds and awareness for Ride 2 Recovery. 4th Annual JSC Turkey Trot

JSC Employees with family and friends met at 3:30p.m. at the SHAPE Facility.

They ran and walked the 2 miles from the college to the Hub via Gould Hill Road.

A great cheer awaited them!

This year's turkey trot included a 16 lb turkey that the group shared responsibilities of trotting with it!

Force Ride in Boston

Several JSC employees traveled to Boston for a 2 hour Spinning session titled "The Force Ride" with Spinning Master Instructor, Josh Taylor. The ride was inspiring and challenging at the same time. What a wonderful way to create community wellness through exercise and friendship. Thank you and congratulations to those who stepped up to the challenge!
